Jason Mulligan is a 17 year old composer of works primarily for concert band. He recently premiered "Fervor" at the Music Learning Band Camp Music Learning where he also conducted it. He considers his primary influences to include Debussy, Philip Glass, John Mackey, and Eric Whitacre. Jason hopes to attend University of Southern California next year where he will study music composition.
